Top Celebrity People and Events in Kyiv Were Presented by PLEON Talan

Luxury team of PLEON Talan PR agency introduced its rating of  celebrity life in Kyiv devoted to the most active pairs of the capital, partygoers, as well as the most prominent entertainment events in Ukraine in April-October 2011.

The methodology of the rating is based on the number of publications in key glossy and entertainment media (print and online), as well as PLEON Talan luxury team experts’ evaluation.
